58.1 Initial Sherry gives way to lightly salted cashew nuts, Sun-Maid raisins and orange oil. Wine gums and banana develop on a rich, syrupy nose. 55. 7A sweet, rich start becomes more substantial with dark oak notes and honeycomb. A little water opens this up for fuller, rich, dark Christmas cake, dates and demerara.
58.1 Dignified but creamy oak and spice with sultanas. Creamy Wine Gums again on the tail with a little water. 55.7 Oak intensity is saved by exquisite espresso. Again, water helps here, revealing prunes, dates and tobacco.
58.1 Pleasing, subtle oak and a touch of cherry. 55.7 Long with oak and cocoa.
