Our standard delivery is through Royal Mail, special delivery and we aim for next day delivery dependent on time of order
We can deliver to your home or place of work as long as there is someone over the age of 18 to sign for delivery
Certain address types cannot have alcohol delivered eg PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BPFO) and schools
We require someone over the age of 18 years to be present at the delivery address to sign for goods received
We aim to meet the highest of standards with delivery and use third party couriers and their terms and conditions apply
VAT applies to all UK deliveries
To avoid any disappointment or mis-understanding we recommend that customers speak to their local Customs and Excise office regarding shipping of alcohol. It is the customer’s responsibility to check what customs restrictions apply and to advise us of any special instructions.
We cannot be held liable for any customs duties and taxes payable
Orders are sent entirely at the customers risk and are not insured for international delivery.
Third party couriers are used for international delivery and their terms and conditions apply. Delivery time will be advised upon receipt of order but may take several days to non European countries.

Fuel surcharge, VAT and taxes may apply in certain countries and will be confirmed upon receipt of order
Customs and import taxes are payable by the customer
All costs are based on a less than 2kg weight. If you purchase more than one bottle we will provide you with a competitive quote for delivery
We take every precaution necessary to ensure your goods are received undamaged and use an airpack system to protect your goods. If upon arrival the parcel appears damaged please do not accept delivery and ask the courier to return to the sender.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order due to it being damaged, defective or not what you ordered and want to return the order. Please note; the customer is responsible for the cost and insurance of all orders returned.
Please include the original invoice and write on the reason for the return
Ensure the order is packaged up correctly as it was delivered and a clear returns label is displayed including your details (sender)
Returns must be sealed, we will not accept any returns that are unsealed.

Under distance Selling legislation, customers have a 14 day cooling off cancellation period.

In the event of cancellation the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods within 14 days of the date of cancellation. The order must be appropriately packaged and returned with all costs paid by the customer. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of undamaged goods.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Alcohol is sold subjected to UK alcohol tax and products exported to Europe are also subjected to UK tax
Deliveries of alcohol outside of the European Union maybe subjected to taxes and duties upon arrival, which will be levied at the time the order clears customs. This is the customer’s responsibility and refusal to pay local import taxes and duties may result in the goods being seized and destroyed or returned to original sender.
